Bob Petty

Chairperson

Bob Petty is the Director for Multiplication, Midwest C&MA. He leads the District’s current missional efforts challenging churches to become more actively involved in missional work in their respective communities.

Ryan June

Vice Chair

Ryan June is a Partner with Castañeda + Heidelman LLP, a boutique firm with a national presence serving nonprofits, companies, and individuals. Ryan’s practice focuses on copyright, trademark, dispute resolution/litigation, and investigations. Prior to joining C+H, Ryan was Assistant General Counsel for Moody Bible Institute, where he served Moody’s education and media divisions Moody Publishers and Moody Radio. Before that, Ryan practiced in the general commercial litigation and investigations group of Winston & Strawn LLP, a leading international law firm. Ryan received his B.A. in Political Science and Business/Economics from Wheaton College and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Dwayne Allgyer

Treasurer

Dwayne works as a VP of Risk Management with Everest Insurance in Chicago overseeing the large casualty underwriting team specializing in workers compensation, general liability, and business auto insurance coverage. Previous to joining Everest in 2023, Dwayne worked 11 years within the middle market casualty space for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Chicago. Dwayne graduated from Messiah University (Mechanicsburg, PA) as a Business Administration/Finance major and completed his MBA from DePaul University in 2017. Dwayne also holds his Chartered Property and Casualty (CPCU) designation. Dwayne grew up in Reading, PA before moving to Chicago in 2014. Today he lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and 3 kids. His family attends Trinity Presbyterian Church in Hinsdale, IL.

F. Scott Manke

President

Scott is the founder, President and Executive Director of Family Empowerment Centers and its daughter organization Donate Your Boat, SMLLC. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Psychology from Nyack College. Scott completed his Masters degree from Wheaton Graduate School in Mission and Intercultural Studies. Scott had been part of a team of individuals who started a church in the Bronx, New York and held the position of Youth and Families Pastor. During that time Scott also operated in the role of general manager for a small business in New York City for a period of 4 years prior to beginning FECC. Scott is currently a licensed minister within the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Scott is married with four children Hope, Chase, Faith, and Matthew.

Jane Larson

Director

Jane is currently retired after serving for 9 years as Vice President of Compliance with Zurich North America, a large global insurance company. Prior to Zurich, she worked at Allstate and CNA in marketing and distribution roles. She received a BS in Business from Butler University and a Masters in Business from Indiana University, South Bend. She also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Jane is married and lives with her husband Tim in Naperville for over 25 years. Prior to Naperville, she has lived in California, Michigan, Minnesota, and Indiana. Jane and Tim have one married daughter. They are members at Wellspring Alliance Church in Wheaton. Jane currently serves on the Governing Board, Personnel Committee, and previously served on the Missions Committee. Jane has also served on the Board of Directors of the United Way, DuPage/West Cook.

Glen Kraiss

Secretary

For 25 years Glenn was employed with Walgreens Drug Stores, primarily working in store management and corporate purchasing. Most recently he worked as a National Account Manager, representing the products for several manufacturers to the Walgreens Company. Glenn graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California in 1980 with a BA degree in Business Administration. He lives in Wheaton, IL with his wife and they have two sons.

Dustin Suess

Director

Dustin serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for New Generation Supplements an innovative animal feed supplement manufacturer in the livestock industry. Dustin received his B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.  He and his wife Tisha have two daughters (21 & 15) and live in Omaha, NE where they enjoy anything outdoors.  Dustin has served on many church and parachurch boards but has a special love for the C&MA and Family Empowerment Centers in particular because he has had the opportunity to see lives transformed through Family Empowerment Center’s ministries over and over again.
