Hello runners and supporters!

It’s about time to get this blog started! With 3 weeks to go, let’s use this blog to encourage, support, and pray for one another. Runners, if you would like to post on our blog, go ahead and send me your post, at Carrie@familyempower.org. I am a new employee with Family Empowerment Center and will be taking on the role as the Marathon Coordinator. I am a past runner, so I look forward to joining you in this venture! If you have any questions about fundraising or the race, please let me know. It is not too late to begin fundraising. I encourage you to use this time before and after the race to encourage others to support Family Empowerment Center by supporting you. Supporters, you are a part of the race, just like our runners, regardless of whether you support through prayer, encouragement, volunteering, or making a financial contribution. This blog is a way for you to stay involved with the runners up until the race and following after. We welcome your comments and encouragement to our runners through this blog.
