Marathon running takes a lot of focus and determination both in the preparation for the actual race and during theTraining Page Photo race. There are numerous resources and materials on line to help you prepare well and race well.  We have included three training plans (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) as a place for you to start considering what you will have to do to be successful at running a marathon. The ones listed are modified from ones found on Hal Higdon’s site listed below.
